If you keep getting logged out before the session timer has finished the countdown, this could be due to the following:
- If you closed and reopened the page, the system may log you out for security reasons
- If you deleted your browser cookies thus deleting the TraceMyIP session information
- Your antivirus/firewall/security software may terminate TraceMyIP session before it's ending time. Check your security software rules, or add TraceMyIP to the ignore list of your security software.
Please note: Some browsers have automatic cache purghing function set to be executed every X minutes. You may need to disable this function to stay logged in.
