When you pay with a credit card directly and the transaction is approved, your account is upgraded instantly. If your account still shows the same level as before you have upgraded, please submit a technical support ticket from your account.
If you have paid with PayPal, depending on the time of the day and how busy PayPal's network is, it may take PayPal up to 30 minutes to process your payment. You can use your account meanwhile, however, in 30 minutes, you can simply logout and log back in and your account will be automatically upgraded. If your account is still haven't been upgraded in 30 minutes, please submit a technical support ticket.
