eBay Customer IP item tracker and visitor counter

StareBay Customer IP item tracker and Visitor Tracker Installation Guide

There are two ways of tracking your eBay customer visits. The first (recommended) is to have a separate project for each item listing. This will ensure that you have the most detailed statistics available for each item listing. The second is to have all of your eBay items listed under a single project, which will not be as detailed for each individual item but can give you an overall look at your eBay item visitors.

Method 1:

  1. Register your web visitor tracking account at fraudLog.com

  2. Login to your account, click on "Add New Project" menu item, and select a tracker (all styles function the same

  3. Specify the public URL of your item listing, and name your project appropriately based on the item name

  4. Select "eBay" from the tracker drop down menu while generating your fraudLog code. eBay does not allow embedding a JavaScript code. Therefore some features like the keywords and referrer link will not work with eBay. All other fraudLog functions will work as designed

  5. Right click on and copy your new eBay HTML visitor tracking code
