If you can’t view other than English characters properly within the user interface and visitor statistics reports, and the text appears to be garbled or displayed as question marks, you may not have a proper browser text encoding mode enabled or the character set is not installed in your operating system.
To resolve the issue:
- In your browser, select “View” > “Encoding” > “Unicode (UTF-8)”.
- If the above setting does not resolve the issue, most likely you do not have the required font or character set installed. Refer to your OS help files on installation of UTF-8 character set.
